Excellent choices but flawed information
An excellent choice of songs from an underrated pioneer of rock and roll. I need to correct the information given by Daddy G in the description, however, as it appears to have come from the error-filled liner notes of the MCA albumer Golden Hits. The musicians that performed on the original Rock Around the Clock in 1954 were: Danny Cedrone (lead guitar), Marshall Lytle (bass), Joey Ambrose (sax), Billy Gussak (drums), Johnny Grande (piano) and Billy Williamson (steel guitar), along with Haley, of course. Franny Beecher didn't start working with the band until the fall of 1954; Rudy Pompilli and Ralph Jones joined in 1955; Al Pompilli didn't join until 1958.
